- All personal property and personal effects shall be at “owner’s risk” at all times, and ENEV Travel shall not be responsible or held liable for any property loss.
- All guests have to comply with all safety instructions provided during their stay.
- A reservation is only confirmed if a payment has been done as per the payment policy.
- ENEV Travel reserves the right to cancel any reservation that has failed to fulfill the payment as per the payment policy without any notification or obligation.
- Other services including: alcoholic drinks, massage, laundry, room service, shopping, medical services and any other services outside the booked package are not included in the price
- Prices are in USD and inclusive of VAT, all taxes and service charges.
- For itineraries that include a stay on board a Nile Cruise, please note that they could be altered or changed without prior notice due to navigational and safety restrictions such as low level of water and locks closures.
